About The Tower:
When terrorists attack a Manhattan office building, Aaron insists on waiting for the firemen with Tom, his disabled friend. Tom begs Aaron to leave. But Aaron, an orthodox Jew, answers only to God.
Writers Inspiration: Everyone who lived in NYC during 9/11 has a story. This play is based on a true story I heard about in the news.
Produced: Theater for the New City as part of Waiting: a Trilogy, The Richmond Shepard Theatre as part of Fragments of New York, and Midwinter Madness Short Play Festival, where it won the Best Overall Play Award 2012.
